No Sam, I didn't see that. But I've just done some searching to try and read about it, and I'm horrified by what I've found. It looks like unsorted recyclables are being shipped from quite a lot of this country to places like India -- and some of it, a lot of it, is being dumped on farmland there. Here's a link to the Mail Online which is carrying the story!

That would be quite something Tom. Although I'm not sure that the Church could be the #1 catalyst now, there are other organisations that have been trying to do something far more visibly and for longer than the Church. But that doesn't mean there isn't a big role left for the Church in the protection of Creation -- and it's really good that we are now waking up to that, and trying.

The cartoon looks great on here Steve. I'm really pleased to have got the opportunity to show a piece of your work, thank you for drawing it, and for the message it contains. I shall wend my way across to your blog and have a look at your Moose.

Thanks for posting this, Paul! Great artwork, Steve!

You know, I have prayed often as I go thru the Prayers of the People, that the Bride of Christ would one day be known as the #1 catalyst in protecting Creation. What a way for us to let our Light shine!
