Friday Foto

Here are a couple of photographs I took a while ago of the rather unique Trinity Bridge in Crowland — about 30 miles away from where I live. It’s a fascinating structure in the middle of this small Lincolnshire town. This bridge has three stairways that converge at the top. Originally it spanned the rivers that flowed through the town, although now the rivers have been re-routed and no longer flow anywhere near the bridge.

Quaint, isn’t it. What you don’t really get too well from these pictures is its size. It’s really quite small, and very steep and narrow.
