
I have been experimenting a little with trying to get a respectable image of some of the stained-glass we’re fortunate to have at Godmanchester Church. I’m not sure that my little camera is really up to the job, but I have managed to get something that I’m reasonably pleased with.
I see a lot of this particular window. It’s right opposite where I lead evensong from; and where I generally sit during the main Sunday morning service. I think it is meant to depict our Gospel reading for last Sunday (Luke 4:14-21). It’s a very intricate, and quite lovely window.







Andrew Gosden (now 16) has been missing from his Doncaster home since 14 September 2007. The search continues.

I guess you became quite familiar with the windows on that side of the Chancel when you sang in the Choir.
Thats true, and that was definitely the most interesting to look at
