Friday Foto

I have been experimenting a little with trying to get a respectable image of some of the stained-glass we’re fortunate to have at Godmanchester Church. I’m not sure that my little camera is really up to the job, but I have managed to get something that I’m reasonably pleased with.

I see a lot of this particular window. It’s right opposite where I lead evensong from; and where I generally sit during the main Sunday morning service. I think it is meant to depict our Gospel reading for last Sunday (Luke 4:14-21). It’s a very intricate, and quite lovely window.
