I was playing around with a plugin in Fireworks — the image editing programme I use — and changed this old Horse Chestnut tree to a negative black and white image. The picture was taken last winter; but, apart from the black sky, could have been taken this snowy winter. Although we have missed the worst of the snow around here, so it probably hasn’t looked quite this white (yet!).
